Season 2 ordered for the freshman comedy.

ABC has renewed Dr. Ken for a second season. The new comedy was a solid performer for the network during its first season, airing following Last Man Standing on Friday nights.
Dr. Ken joins six other ABC comedies that have been picked up for the 2016-2017 season. Returning as well are The Goldbergs, Modern Family, The Middle, Fresh Off the Boat, Black-ish, and The Real O'Neals, which was renewed earlier today. Still awaiting news on its fate is Last Man Standing.

.. reminds me of that sitcom staring the fat chick from Pitch Perfect... she's okay in 3 minute spurts, but in 20 minute episodes she's grating... same thing for Ken Jeong.. great in 3 minute bits... not so great in 20 minute episodes. Add the mickey mouse voice of that one doctor.. and the overly politically correct casting... and ... No clue how this was renewed. Dave Foley is the only decent thing about this show.... Bring back Kids in the Hall Dave!

I don't understand ABC at all. This show is so incredibly stupid, but that seems to be the only shows that make it anymore. Intelligent showsnever go far

This show is terrible. You can tell the mentality level of the show's fans just by comparing the grammar in the comments, those who like the show as compared to those who don't care for it.

I love this show & watched it all the time... I rarely let it sit on my DVR to long... And I still miss Christela, I really enjoy shows with different coutures, like fresh off the boat & blacklish...

I liked how the show started but it got more and more painful later on. The daughter started out decent-ish but got obnoxious, the son got creepier, and Ken went from smart-ass to f***ing moron. Eventually I gave up.
