The reality series returns in 2017.

FYI announced today that Married at First Sight has been renewed for a fifth season. The docu-series has been a solid performer for the A&E Networks-owned channel since its 2014 premiere, currently ranking as its top-rated series across all platforms.
Married at First Sight, as the title suggests, uses an unconventional method of pairing up singles looking for a life-long partnership. Relationship experts match up the candidates, who agree to get legally married upon first meeting each other. After several weeks of being newlyweds, the couple then decides to either stay together or get divorced.
Season 5 has already begun production, this time in Chicago, Illinois, for a premiere in 2017.

This show would be a THOUSAND times better if they cast some alpha males and submissive women rather than always casting the reverse. Or mix it up and marry two alpha personalities. Seems almost every couple is a dominant woman and a submissive male. Not that there's anything wrong with that if that's who they are... but, well, it's not generally the "norm".
