Bravo announced today that Top Chef has been renewed for a 15th season. The long-running cooking contest continues to be a strong performer for the cable network, managing to maintain a consistent audience that tunes in year after year. Its current season is averaging over 2 million total viewers, which is impressively up from the previous year.

Casting for next season gets underway this month beginning in Chicago. Other cities on the nationwide contestant search include Dallas, New Orleans, New York, Pittsburgh, Portland, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.

Look for Season 15 of Top Chef to premiere later this year.
