The dystopian drama will not return for Season 2.
February 27, 2017
It is being reported that Syfy has chosen to end Incorporated, cancelling the futuristic drama after just one season. The news comes a month after the show concluded its 10-episode first season, which drew a below-average audience of under 500,000 viewers in Live+Same Day viewing.
Executive-produced in-part by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, Incorporated took place nearly 100 years in the future, with the world in turmoil after governments have collapsed leaving some companies with almost-unlimited power. The show followed an executive who risks it all to take on the system and infiltrate the dangerous corporate world.

I don't know any tv series in syfy channel that ended well. They always cut off in the very good part. I'm sick and tired of syfy channel. I think they should just make a tv series good for 1 season only or good for 2 hours. Ugh. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!

Well, Sci-Fi is a "fringe" taste-- just like "the blues" (music)-- there are not as many supporters of either genre. 500K viewers wasn't really that bad; and it's not likely that SyFy will invent a blockbuster (like "The Walking Dead")-- not because they can't-- but just because it is rare. I would have liked to see this show have another season, but maybe the network was hemorrhaging money on it and had to let it go. Too bad, really.

I'd argue against 12 monkeys... and Dark Matter was PURCHASED by Syfy, it's not their show, they rebroadcast from another production company. The half-decent shows on SyFy are PURCHASED from other production companies. The original series on SyFy - 12 Monkeys, Winona Erp, Z Nation, (basically Asylum production) all really suck :)

Terry. "Syfy has some good shows, most of which are better than this show". Dark Matter and 12 Monkeys. Name more. Incorperated wasn't great, but most of syfy's shows are awful.

WTF why do these dweebs in charge keep cancelling all the awesome shows that I like!?! Apparently they cater to the people who enjoy mindless bs reality tv junk. I hope Netflix picks this one up so I can binge watch it every season.
P.s. Network execs making these calls you suck!

Sorry Suzanne! I think spell-check got me... I DO recommend this show!

Response to Suzanne: if you like the whole premise of the Corporate Run future dystopia, and a little intrigue on the side, I'don't recommend this one. Too bad it's cancelled, because yes, it does end with a lot left hanging. Still worth the watch, though, in my opinion! Good characters!

Syfy has some good shows, most of which are better than this show so I am not that disappointing...though it wasn't a bad show and a Season 2 might have helped ratings.

That sucks. I did enjoy this one. There were some plot issues, like how the main character invented everclear and when they tested it on him he went to such great lengths to pass the test when in reality they could have just tested him again any time they wanted. I liked the premise and a second season would have given them time to tweak some of the bugs. I really expected a renewal given how much SyFy has been supporting their freshman programs lately.
