The dystopian drama will not return for Season 2.
February 27, 2017
It is being reported that Syfy has chosen to end Incorporated, cancelling the futuristic drama after just one season. The news comes a month after the show concluded its 10-episode first season, which drew a below-average audience of under 500,000 viewers in Live+Same Day viewing.
Executive-produced in-part by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, Incorporated took place nearly 100 years in the future, with the world in turmoil after governments have collapsed leaving some companies with almost-unlimited power. The show followed an executive who risks it all to take on the system and infiltrate the dangerous corporate world.

I watched two episodes and found it hard to get into. My husband watched the whole thing and thought it was good and he is disappointed because it ended on a cliffhanger.

I'm part of the 'DVR'd the season to see whether it makes it' group. After it all aired, I did try to watch the 1st ep twice. I couldn't get into it, but I thought maybe I was tired. I was still planning on watching it.The idea of corporations taking over the world is eerily possible, but it is being overdone as a plot. My favorite version of that concept was Continuum by far. That said, I have a question for those who have already watched the whole season- Do you recommend watching it despite the cancellation and cliffhanger (I assume)? I would VERY much appreciate your opinion.

Unfortunately, I never heard of the program. Maybe, more advertisement or promotional notes might have prompted more viewers.

I can guess 1 reason it had low viewership - I never even heard of it... so they did a very job advertising :-(

I tried watching the first episode but it wasn't appealing to me.

Nooooo! This was one of my favorites recently. Very disappointed. It was a great show, and I really appreciated the artistic visual choices. Pity.

Not a surprise. It was ok. At least it was watchable unlike Van Helsing. How did that get a 2nd season?
