No Season 2 for the time travel comedy.

Fox has cancelled Making History after its first season. The freshman comedy premiered in March as a mid-season entry but failed to catch on with viewers despite being generally well-received by critics.
The series followed a facilities manager who discovers a time machine invented by his father and has since been transporting himself back to the 1700s. But his actions in the past are having side effects in the present, so he enlists his brilliant colleague to travel back in time with him to try and save America.
The series finale of Making History is scheduled to air on Sunday, May 21.

I love it so much. It's is so silly funny and I love Chris. So sad it got cancelled. It's just a light spot during dark times. Wish they would give it another chance!

I always felt like this could be such a good stupid show. But they never took advantage of what they could do with that time traveling bag. The founding fathers didn't need to look and act as stupid as they did to be funny. Its almost like the showrunners didn't take the show serious enough to make it what it could be.

Its safe to say that if a tv show involves traveling through time it wont last very long. I actually LOVED this show. I like a lot of shows that are STUPID funny and this was just great.

That's sad. I really liked this show and was curious to see where it was going. I loved Leighton Meester in this.

Fox execs never did know what to do with "smart" comedies. They only know how to regurgitate old shows and more failed shoot 'em up detective shows.

Well I was thinking of getting into this show but now I will not. I am not going to waste my time with it since it is cancelled.

this show was realy bad. sooooo cheesy and just hard to watch. neither a good comedy nor a good scifi series. dont know the time slot it was in but i doubt that it would have made any difference for the audience on any other day.
