TBS announced today that Final Space has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes at the end of a successful freshman run for the animated comedy, which reached over 20 million viewers across the cable network's delivery platforms.

Co-produced by Conan O'Brien's Conaco production company, the space saga follows the adventures of astronaut named Gary and his cute, planet-destroying alien friend named Mooncake. Together, they venture on a quest to unlock the mystery of where the entire universe ends, otherwise known as Final Space.

Look for Season 2 of Final Space in 2019.
