No Season 2 for the paranormal comedy.
June 28, 2018
Fox has cancelled new comedy Ghosted after just one season. The move, which is the network's final decision in solidifying its lineup for 2018-2019, means that all of its live-action comedies this fall will be new series, or new to the network in the case of Last Man Standing.
Ghosted premiered last October and was a decent enough performer on Sunday nights to earn a six-episode top-up to bring its total to 16. In April, however, Fox pulled the show from its schedule with no explanation after just nine episodes. The show did return to the air earlier this month, though its outlook for another season was already not looking promising.
An offbeat workplace comedy with a focus on the paranormal, the half-hour series follows a cynical skeptic who is paired with a 'true believer' after being recruited by a top-secret government agency to investigate a recent spate of unexplained activity in Los Angeles that could be tied to a larger mystery that threatens the existence of the human race.

The last few episodes killed this show for me. Instead of remaining fun and interesting, 'Ghosted' turned into an unfunny, inferior clone of 'Parks & Rec' and 'The Office (US)'.

Whoever gave the green light to run this junk should be force to move to the south pole.

I'm not surprised. I watched the first episode. It was terrible.

There are three unaired episodes. We saw that with "pwoerless" why not put them on demand? Instead they never see the light of day and they lose money. At least the "Crossing" showed the last two episodes on a saturday night.

While this was far from a "great" show it did have it's good moments. I can't say i'm shocked it got cancelled but I will still miss it. I don't think the new direction the show is/was going in would have really worked.

Saw this coming b4 they even unexpectedly pulled it. Too heavy on situational humor with little burst out loud comedy. I liked it a lot but most people prefer burst out loud sitcoms over situational humor series. Then again fox sucks at making long lasting high rated series most become to watered down from twists by season 2. They only are good for reviving former hits they didn't ruin....yet

This show committed suicide, the last four episodes were about someone spying on them with no ghosts etc. It was a show no one believed in.

This show was so bad, FOX actually cancelled the right show for once.

Oh come on, I was really getting into the show. Why do I even bother watching new shows. I should start watching all the reality programs instead because they never get the axe. Let's cancel Timeless, Scorpion, and Lucifer though...arghhh!!!!
