The musical drama will return for Season 2.
July 12, 2018
FX announced today that Pose has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes with two episodes remaining in the musical drama's freshman run, which has proven to be a solid addition to the cable network's summer lineup.
Co-created by Ryan Murphy, the hour-long series focuses on the juxtaposition of different segments of life and society in 1980s New York, including the rise of high society, the downtown social and literary scene, and ball culture.
Through its first six episodes the show has garnered decent, consistent viewership and plenty of praise from critics, who have applauded its creativity, performances, and overall energy.
Look for Season 2 of Pose in 2019.

Yes! This show is amazing. It's a breath of fresh air with tons of POC and Transgender representation. You won't find anything else like it on TV.

I usually love Ryan Murphy's work, but this is just too much. I couldn't get past the first few episodes, and I really tried.
