The Spanish drama will return for Season 2.
October 22, 2018
Netflix has picked up its new drama Elite for a second season. The Spanish-language series, which debuted its eight-episode freshman season earlier this month, has been generating a large amount of buzz from both fans and critics, who have lauded its juicy storylines and compelling cast.
The series follows three working-class students who are given scholarships to the exclusive Las Encinas private school in Spain. But upon their arrival they clash with their new wealthy classmates, and the tension leads to a murder, leaving everybody a suspect.
No details about Season 2 of Elite are known at this point, though a 2019 premiere is expected.

Yas!!! I really enjoyed this show. It's like a darker version of Gossip girl with a concept that Riverdale thinks it has.

@The Punisher
I would argue with you, but I don't wanna die...
Actually, no, I will! LC and IF were garbage. LC S2 was worse than IF S1, and IF s2 vastly improved over IF S1, but when you mess up at the casting stage for the lead, there is only so much you can do to improve.
