The Ashton Kutcher comedy will return in 2019.

Netflix announced today that The Ranch has been picked up for a fourth season. The good news, which was posted on the streaming service's official Twitter account, comes halfway through its third-season run.
The half-hour series stars Ashton Kutcher as Colt Bennett, a former college football star whose aspirations of turning pro didn't work out as planned. Now he has returned home and ends up helping his father keep their struggling ranch afloat, while trying to figure out how he fits into the family.
No return date has been set for the back half of Season 3, though it will likely return before year's end. Dax Shepard will be joining the cast as a recurring guest star in the wake of Danny Masterson's departure after sexual misconduct allegations.
Look for Season 4 of The Ranch in 2019.

The tone went dark when they realized Rooster might have died. I thought it was just a phase. But that depressing tone kept going on and on from story to atory even to the very last scene of the last episode of the season.
Sigh, that was definitely not what I signed up for for this series.
So not going to look forward for the next season. Adios!
I really like all the other characters but part of the magic of the show is the onscreen chemistry with Ashton and Danny.
It really is one of my favorite Netflix shows. I just hope they bring back Danny since the allegations were unproven and from nearly 20 years ago. Hes already stated that the Police dropped it for lack of evidence I think.
