The comedy will say good-bye in 2019.

TV Land announced today that Teachers will conclude its run after its third season. The comedy is currently midway through Season 3, which at 20 episodes is double the length of each of its first two seasons.
The show's final 10 episodes are set to air beginning on January 15, 2019. Once the show ends, TV Land will no longer have any scripted originals in its lineup. That is quite a change from just a couple of years ago, when the cable network had as many as seven ongoing original series.
Written by and starring members of the Chicago comedy troupe 'The Katydids', Teachers follows a group of elementary school teachers trying to mold young minds, even though their own lives need a lot of work. The show was a generally healthy performer across its multiple delivery platforms for the duration of its run.

As for TV Land's scripted shows, I believe "Younger" is still going strong. TV Land started out with one big hit ("Hot in Cleveland") and a couple of OK shows but they just never could capture the magic. I expect other channels and streaming services will ultimately suffer the same fate. There's only so much good creative talent and right now it's spread pretty thin.
