Fox cooks up two more seasons of the competition series.
February 26, 2019
Fox announced today that Hell's Kitchen has scored another two-season pickup - for Seasons 19 and 20. The competitive culinary series, which finished airing its 18th season earlier this month, remains a reliable performer for the network.
On the air since 2005, Hell's Kitchen follows aspiring restaurateurs competing in a fervent culinary academy where they must demonstrate endurance and skill in order to make it to the end and receive a potentially-life-changing grand prize. Today's two-season renewal will see the series surpass the 300-episode milestone.

This still attracts viewers , just like other GOOD food shows. And he has charisma and sometimes he's a little angry but it works and that means he gets more seasons.

I am pretty happy, I still like it. I don't know why, but I do, and I enjoy and root for people, and am happy when I am cheering on a person and they win! :-)

It's getting so after 1 episode you can tell the chefs from the "line cooks" simply based upon the trashy attitudes some contestants have. It's not a very engaging show any more. It was when it started but a decade of the same old same old isn't really worth my time lately.... and add to that they keep bringing back past contestants (because i bet they can't find new ones) and it's not even really new in that respect.
