No Season 2 for the mid-season spy dramedy.

Word is out that Whiskey Cavalier has been cancelled by ABC after just one season. It wasn't long after the news broke that the show's cast took to social media to express their sadness that Season 2 would not be in the cards.
The spy dramedy premiered in February with a high-profile campaign centered around its big-name stars Scott Foley and Lauren Cohan. While its debut episode drew a decent audience, the show under-performed in the weeks that followed. The show has two episodes left to be aired, with the series finale set for Wednesday, May 22.
Whiskey Cavalier follows tough but tender FBI agent Will Chase, who gets assigned to work with edgy CIA operative Francesca "Frankie" Trowbridge. Together they lead an inter-agency team of spies tackling high-stakes missions, while navigating ups and downs in their personal lives.

I liked this show , i'm extremely disappointed that it got canceled.
This was the only new show this year that i watched.
I hope they will change their mind and bring it back next season.

Scott Foley could not have saved this show. He is cuter than heck, but the plot lines were boring.

Why is it that this show had 3.9 viewer ratings and The Conners has only a 2.5 viewer rating but Conners was renewed???

I finally caught up with all the episodes last night. It's a very entertaining show, I'm sorry to see that it's cancelled. Does this mean we'll get Maggie back on Walking Dead, at least for a while? She and Scott Foley are both good actors and won't be w/o a job for long.

A truly awful show with some solid actors. Scott Foley was horribly mis-cast in the lead role. A stronger male protagonist, it might have survived. Instead, they cast a guy who was probably better suited for Hallmark Channel movie of the week.

This was a delightful show, light, funny and good cast. I can't imagine why it would be cancelled. The writers are really good, the cast plays well with each other and it is entertaining in a lighthearted way. We need more fun, not more drama and dark moments. This was a great show. I am so disappointed. I am no on social but it would be nice if people could inundate ABC with their disapproval.

This sucks, really enjoyed watching this show. I thought they were a great cast and had some funny moments. Loved the James Bond like intro and song as well.

Well I can delete this off of my DVR. ABC=Always Being Canceled before being given a chance to stick. I gave up on ABC long ago because they never think of their audience so I record and then binge watch if there is going to be a season 2.

I am done with ABC. This is the last show I am giving a chance on that network. Every time ABC gets a great show, they cancel it after one season so I am done. To the cast of Whiskey Cavalier, YOU WERE GREAT AND YOUR SHOE WAS GREST!!!!!
