Starz announced today that Wrong Man has been picked up for Season 2. The news comes just days after the Supreme Court struck down the conviction of one of the death row inmates that the documentary series examined in its freshman run.
The series follows a team of investigative, legal, and forensic experts as they look into different cases of possibly-innocent inmates who have been incarcerated for decades. They work to unearth new evidence, offer alternative suspects, and concoct new theories that could offer proof that these convicts are not actually guilty.
The cable network has ordered six episodes for Season 2 of Wrong Man, though a time frame for its return has not been disclosed.
