Pop TV announced today that Florida Girls has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes two months following the comedy's summer freshman run, which garnered a fair amount critical praise.
The half-hour series follows a group of four women from a small town in Florida who begin to become unsatisfied with the state of their lives after one of their friends earns her GED and moves out of their trailer park in search of bigger and better things.
Look for Season 2 of Florida Girls in 2020.

Sorry, I tried to watch it, couldn’t make it through 1 episode. I just didn’t find it funny. It’s not for me or my wife.

This is a female version of The Trailer Park Boys, not as good but stupid funny. We’ll watch season 2.
