The brick building competition will be back for Season 2.
May 6, 2020
Fox announced today that LEGO Masters has been renewed for a second season. The good news arrives less than a month after the competition series aired its freshman finale. The show premiered in February as a mid-season entry, going on to garner solid ratings for the network.
Based on the hit British series, Will Arnett hosts this LEGO-themed reality competition that combines design, imagination, and creativity. Teams of LEGO enthusiasts face off with an unlimited supply of bricks as they compete in ambitious building challenges in an attempt to be crowned the most talented amateur LEGO builders in America.
Look for Season 2 of LEGO Masters during the 2020-2021 season, likely as a mid-season entry once again.

@Paul C, they were great builders, but didn't have the creativity and imagination needed to win the competition.
There are people that are hosts of shows then there are people that should stick to what they do. Tim Tebow comes to mind when he did Million Dollar Mile. There are reasons people stopped watching it and it was canned before it was even finished. Half of it was probably listening to the guy talk. Not his strong point.
Don't get me wrong Will can be hilarious on shows. Loved him on The Millers. The one liners and such on LM are just getting to be way too much and aren't even close to being remotely funny. Like I said who knows if he was hired to come up with this stuff on the fly or he has a prompter to read.
It's just bad and geared way to Saturday morning cartoon funny (not at all funny) and needs to be drawn back to a family oriented comedy base considering it airs in prime time when family's watch tv.
If it's Will coming up with it on the fly then he is loosing his edge. If it's the writer they need to can and rehire before the show gets canned.
They won nearly every challenge, had 1 bad week and the sad judges got rid of them with 4 other teams remaining
