BET has ordered a second season of Tyler Perry's Sistas. The good news arrives two weeks after the conclusion of the dramedy's freshman run, which performed well for the network - it ranked as the #2 new scripted series on cable for general market P18-49.

The series follows four single black women navigating their complicated lives as they socialize, work, and date in Atlanta while dealing with social media and unrealistic relationship goals.

Production on Season 2 of Sistas is slated to start in July, which points to a probable premiere in the fall.
