No Season 3 for the Lake Bell comedy.

ABC has cancelled Bless This Mess after two seasons. The network announced its pickups for 2020-2021 today, and the comedy, which aired its now-series finale earlier this month, did not make the cut.
Co-created by Lake Bell, the half-hour series stars Bell and Dax Shepard as newlywed New Yorkers Rio and Mike, who have left the big city behind and moved to rural Nebraska. After saying good-bye to family, friends, and their jobs, they soon realize that living a simpler life takes more work than they originally thought. The couple is forced to adapt to their new surroundings while dealing with unexpected challenges in their new life as farmers.

ABC strikes again. In continuing their awful tradition of cancelling good shows like Ugly Betty, Suburgatory, Happy Endings, here we go again with cancellation of Bless This Mess. This 10 jokes a minute show was so smart and funny that it was inevitable ABC would pull the plug. Tragic.
