The legal drama will return for Season 2.
June 15, 2020
ABC announced today that For Life has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes a month after the legal drama's freshman finale, and makes it the only new show on the network to be returning in 2021.
Inspired by the true story of Isaac Wright Jr., the series follows a wrongly-convicted prisoner serving a life sentence. Determined to fight for his freedom and get back to his family, he studies to become a lawyer while behind bars, litigating cases for fellow inmates while working towards overturning his conviction.
Look for Season 2 of For Life in 2021.

Not too bad of a Drama. I've seen worse and I've seen better. To Each Their Own!

Black people have absolute cause to be angry and annoyed at "the system." The system is made for minorities. The System does not want the minorities to come up, the system wants to keep the minorities down so that white people can blame the minorities for taking advantage of the system, when in fact the system is taking advantage of minorities.

Lets start a GoFundMe for TheTruth. Clearly her privilege wasn’t enough. We can say she needs: Sneakers, Smartphone with a Data Plan, Experiences to the club & salon, rent $, IVF to have kids, $ for daycare and a match.com account. God bless your heart TheTruth!!! xoxo

Geez Karen, aka “TheTruth” got triggered after watching too much Fox News and OANN and reading breitbart at the library cuz she doesnt have broadband or a smartphone at home. If her mother bought her Jordans, took her to a salon maybe she’d be a little less angry with her life.

Of course this show got renewed. I mean why is it that networks keep show that have high viewership, decent quality, and stories that have room to continue the viewership.
