HBO announced today that How To with John Wilson has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes less than two weeks after the docuseries wrapped its freshman run, which garnered decidedly high praise from critics.
Documentary filmmaker John Wilson wrote, directed, and filmed all six episodes, in which he sets out on a comical odyssey of self-discovery by covertly observing and filming the lives and culture of fellow New Yorkers while trying to share some friendly advice along the way.
Look for Season 2 of How To with John Wilson in 2021.

I happened to walk into my living room a few times while this was on and thought this is definitely something that could be on Adult Swim it's so strange.

meh.. it's okay for a diversion... but this is one of those show that if you miss an episode or two or four it doesn't really matter. I, personally, don't think his voice is well suited for overly narrative work.
