HBO Max announced today that Close Enough has been picked up for Seasons 2 and 3. The good news comes seven months after the animated comedy released its freshman run, which garnered high praise from both audiences and critics. The wait for Season 2 will be a short one, as its premiere is just two weeks away.

The half-hour series follows married couple Josh and Emily, who have a five-year-old daughter and live with their two divorced best friends on the east side of Los Angeles. Their daily lives include juggling their careers, raising a child, and pursuing their dreams. But in their surreal world, they also have to deal with time-traveling snails, stripper clowns, and murderous mannequins. Their life may not be ideal, but it's close enough.

Season 2 of Close Enough premieres on Thursday, February 25.
