The reality series will continue without Chris Harrison.
March 14, 2021
ABC has confirmed that The Bachelorette will be returning for a 17th season. The news is no surprise, though there is a notable change in store for the veteran reality series' upcoming season.
For the first time in franchise history, Chris Harrison will not be hosting. While he had recently announced that he would be taking a step back due to his remarks regarding the controversy surrounding current contestant Rachel Kirkconnell, it wasn't clear if he meant anything beyond the rest of the current season of The Bachelor.
Replacing Harrison in Season 17 will be Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe, two former Bachelorettes from previous seasons who will support the yet-unnamed next Bachelorette in her journey. It is assumed that Harrison will resume his hosting duties at some point in the future, though nothing has been confirmed at this point.

This is such a hypocritical show. These former bachelorettes talk about being respected, yet they support a show where guys pretend to like a girl just so he can get it on with her. Disgusting.

If the Cancel Culture wanted to be an asset, they should work to eliminate shows like this.
