No Season 2 for the sci-fi drama.
May 27, 2021
It is being reported that NBC has cancelled Debris after just one season. The sad news comes three days after the sci-fi drama wrapped its 13-episode freshman run. The move isn't a complete surprise though, as the show struggled to find a sizeable audience despite generally positive feedback from critics.
From 'Fringe' executive producer J.H. Wyman, the hour-long series follows a world where mysterious wreckage has fallen to Earth from outer space. An international agency, as well as other mysterious parties, try to figure out where it came from and what is behind it, as each fragment has an unpredictable effect on those who find it, changing their lives in unexpected and dangerous ways.

Bunch of dumb c*nts canceling entertaining shows like this just to renew garbage like The Voice
5 minutes at the start as a "main story teaser"..
then 30-35 minutes of a "filler" to do nothing more than pad to an hour..
then 5 minutes of the "main story" at the end as a "cliff hanger" for next weeks episode.
Ultimately the main story, which is the DRIVING factor of the premier, is so lost in repetitive episodic drivel that it's pointless to watch. The primary storyline, and reason for viewer interest, NEVER gets resolved.
This was NOTHING new, nothing original.. other than the actors reading the reworked script from a different "crime" show 30 years ago with a simply added sci-fi twist.
Happy Viewing! :-)
Such Crap!!
