HBO Max announced today that Starstruck has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes the day of the British romantic comedy's premiere on the streaming service. The show debuted in April in the UK.

Starstruck follows a millennial woman living in East London and working two dead-end jobs. Her life is turned upside down when she unwittingly hooks up with a famous film star, and an amusing anecdote quickly becomes something more, as the new couple realize they can't stay away from each other.

Look for Season 2 of Starstruck in 2022.
