The veteran competition series is heading to Croatia.

MTV announced today that The Challenge has been renewed for a 37th season. The news comes less than two months after the long-running competition series crowned its most recent winner in Reykjavik, Iceland.
On the air since 1998, the show is the network's second-longest running series currently in production. Each season features men and women competing in various themed formats filled with over-the-top challenges in hopes of taking home the grand prize.
For Season 37, The Challenge is heading to Croatia, with host T.J. Lavin promising its "most epic season yet." Look for a premiere later this year or in early 2022.

This showed crapped the bed when it decided to bring back the ever annoying, arrogant, hypocritical moron Johnny "bananas". The guy ruined the show for me years ago. I will not watch if he's involved.

Z - I wish I worked in your office LOL that sounds like so much fun!!! None of my co workers even know who Johnny Bananas is....never mind know about how much CT has grown over the years (memories of him with Diem still brings tears to my eyes).
I watched the All Star Cast on Paramount and while very different and more mellow, it was so nice to see some of the original/older players like Mark, Cyrus & even Erik (Big Easy).
But you are right, with them mixing in new members from different shows - that is EXACTLY what keeps it fresh and yes, more exiting (more hookups LOL) and more dramatic!!

Cheri m - couldn't agree more. This has it all, intense competitions, ridiculous cast of characters, strategy. They keep it fresh season to season by mixing in new people from new shows and constantly changing the rules. We created a Challenge Fantasy League at my office in which you get points when your team members win challenges, make out, vomit, cry... needless to say there are a lot of points and it makes the show even more exciting and hilarious!

If I am being entirely honest, this is the best reality TV out there! I just loved watching the cast grow from season to season! The Challenges are Crazy-Exciting and the drama between cast member's ...well that that is a different kind of Crazy-Exciting!
