No Season 2 for the streaming dramedy.
September 14, 2021
Word is out that HBO Max has cancelled Generation after just one season. The sad news comes two months after the dramedy wrapped its 16-episode freshman run, which ultimately garnered a mixed reception from critics.
The move makes Generation the first scripted original series to be cancelled by the streaming service, which launched in May of last year.
Generation is a dark dramedy that follows a diverse group of high school students whose exploration of modern sexuality puts deeply established beliefs about life, love, and family to the test in their conservative community.

Also, the water is wet. Any more obvious points I've never brought up or disagreed with?

It matters enough for you to reply back

Not really, but nothing you've said matters at all or can be proved.

people of to are so interested in rewriting history that the family values the way they were meant to be are gone except in those who are truly following the way of holiness. So anything that goes against this so called modern way of right or rather anything that would question this so called modern way is considered folly. Truth is the old landmarks are disappearing and what's left is Babylon deserving of the coming fire. I wonder how the WOKE generation will feel about that.

These shows push an agenda that's not supported widely . If the show was good HBO would ride that bitch harder than GOT but it wasn't , they couldn't get enough woke people to give a shit about this garbage , that's why it was cancelled . This show was so bad I don't think the actors will have career unless its in porn and I don't know if they could even act in that area, maybe be a fluffer or maybe run for congress in California.

@vendetta yes, I get that but this is a common theme in the comments half the time people never even seen not one second of the shows and get on here just saying stuff. You're right about the twitter thing tho. Anyways it's gone now so whatever.

I liked this show. I found it fascinating to get a glimpse into how some teens navigate the trials and concerns of the current age of enlightenment. I would argue that it's a genre that would find it hard to find the right audience. The youths it depicts, probably dont watch a lot of actual television, instead preferring online content. And the adults who do watch TV regularly or even binge watch, really cant relate too well because they never had to " mind their pronouns" when speaking to peers. So who IS this show for?
