Netflix announced today that Arcane has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes two weeks into the animated series' run, which has been garnering high praise from critics and viewers.
Based on the lore of the 'League of Legends' video game universe, the series takes place amid escalating discord between the utopian city of Piltover and the repressed underground of Zaun. Sisters Vi and Jinx fight on rival sides of a war between magic technologies and clashing convictions.
Look for Season 2 of Arcane in 2022.

I watched the first couple episodes... seemed VERY oriented towards children or tweens. Not for me.

What the hell? That first post isn't from The Plopster. That's an imposter! I actually don't plan to watch it because I am not a League of Legends guy.

I have watched the entire series and I was surprised at how much I liked it. The story is good and well written. Character expressions are excellent. Character history and backstory have great depth.
The animation is top notch. Music score is good. I can't wait for season 2.
