The animated series will conclude in November.

It was announced today that Arcane will be ending after its upcoming second season this November. There is a silver lining for fans of the Netflix animated series, though, as more stories are being planned in the League of Legends universe.
"Arcane is just the beginning of our larger storytelling journey and partnership with the wonderful animation studio that is Fortiche," co-creator Christian Linke said in a statement. "From the very beginning, since we started working on this project, we had a very specific ending in mind, which means the story of Arcane wraps up with this second season. But Arcane is just the first of many stories that we want to tell in Runeterra."
Based on the lore of the 'League of Legends' video game universe, Arcane takes place amid escalating discord between the utopian city of Piltover and the repressed underground of Zaun. Sisters Vi and Jinx fight on rival sides of a war between magic technologies and clashing convictions.

I actually was drawn to this Netflix series because of an interview with Ella Purnell (Powder/Jinx) and the fact apparently Henery Cavill (Witcher) is a fan. Story wise, it doesn't really start off uniquely,an animated series set in the world of League of Legends that explores the origins of two iconic sisters, Vi and Jinx. The show centers on their conflict and emotional separation as they are on opposite sides of a brewing war between the utopian city of Piltover and the oppressed undercity of Zaun but then it suddenly gains a lot of depth and interest about half-way through...Beautifully drawn, interesting and original story, well thought-out world. Thanks for concluding the story, quite an ending.

That's too bad, hoped we would have gotten a bit more from this one other than 2 seasons

Gonna miss seeing Jinx but hey! They got to go out the way they wanted to! What I've heard the ending will make everyone cry bad! Not sure if I'm ready for that yet!
