MTV announced today that Teen Mom: Family Reunion has been renewed for Season 2. The news comes six episodes into the spinoff's run. New episodes are currently airing Tuesday nights.

The series features cast members from across the 'Teen Mom' franchise reuniting for a tropical vacation. It's not all a party though, as the moms get deep into relationship drama and parenting issues.
