NBC announced today that College Bowl has been renewed for a second season. The quiz show revival premiered last year, airing 10 episodes over the summer months and garnering solid viewership for the network.
Hosted by Peyton Manning, this reboot of the classic quiz show reignites great college and university rivalries in the ultimate battle of brains. A total of $1 million in scholarships are on the line as teams of three students from some of the nation's top schools face off in a bracketed tournament over four rounds, where they must work together to answer questions on a variety of topics.
Look for Season 2 of College Bowl during the 2022-2023 season.

Good news! I enjoy trivia competitions. I would never have guessed Peyton Manning could be so entertaining as a host. Never knew Cooper prior to the show. Hope he is returning.

So they are getting rid of all their higher rated shows yet are keeping their lower rated ''reality'' shows.
