HBO Max announced today that Julia has been renewed for a second season. The good news comes on the same day the biographical drama wraps its 8-episode freshman run, which garnered strong critical praise across the board.
The series chronicles Julia Child's extraordinary life, including her television series 'The French Chef,' during a pivotal time in American history – the emergence of public television as a new social institution, feminism, and the women's movement.

@Pat Then you should really try the CNN Films documentary by the same name (Julia) based on her book “My Life in Paris”. Beautifully done and so much more about this fascinating woman.
