The move comes four episodes into its run on CBS.
October 28, 2022
CBS' new dating series The Real Love Boat is on the move. It was announced today that its remaining episodes will be released for streaming on Paramount+ beginning next week.
The move is not really a surprise, as the reality show has struggled to find a sizeable audience through its first four episodes. Airing Wednesday nights in between 'Survivor' and 'The Amazing Race', the show's ratings were markedly lower than both.
Inspired by the long-running 1970s scripted classic about vacationers aboard a luxury Princess Cruises ship, The Real Love Boat is about the adventures of real-life singles who are brought together for a Mediterranean voyage in search of true love. They navigate compatibility and chemistry challenges along the way, and only one lucky couple walks away with a cash prize and the ultimate luxury Princess Cruise.

The fact that this show even exists is just a sign that CBS and the other three major broadcast networks are on their last legs. I've watched broadcast TV since the lame sitcoms of the '60s and I can't ever remember such poor quality.

Dumb idea fir a show. Don’t care for the hosts ether. Never watched it. Should have been on streaming in the first place

Just a dumb idea to begin with. Sorry to anyone who liked this, but CBS will still let you pay for it. Paramount/CBS does not give a shit about their viewers. They give us a shitty celebrity version of The Challenge, where almost everyone gave up. Then they keep advertising Challenge World Champions only on Paramount+. It pisses me off and I hated The Real Love Boat. I am waiting for CBS to show every episode of Survivor or The Amazing Race, except the last episode. You want to see who won? Go to Paramount+. It is probably coming.
