Hulu announced today that Hit-Monkey has been renewed for a second season. The news comes over a year after the animated series released its 10-episode freshman run, which garnered an overall positive reception from both critics and viewers.

Based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, Hit-Monkey follows an unjust Japanese snow monkey in a suit who is mentored by the ghost of an American assassin while he damages Tokyo's crime underworld.
