Over a year after the conclusion of Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, Netflix has announced a new CG-animated sequel series that will debut sometime in 2024.

'Jurassic World: Chaos Theory' will serve as the next chapter in the animated Jurassic World universe. It will be set after the park has closed and the kingdom has fallen, with a short sneak peak trailer that was released today showing an older version of Camp Cretaceous' Darius in the final shot.

The original series premiered on the streaming service in 2020, set in the same world as the popular film franchise. It followed a group of teenagers who are invited to be the first to attend a cutting-edge adventure camp on Isla Nublar. But discovering the island's wonders takes a back seat when its dinosaurs break out of captivity, forcing the campers to band together in a fight for survival.
