BET+ announced today that The Ms. Pat Show has been picked up for Season 5. The news comes five months after the acclaimed comedy released its fourth season.
Based on comedian Patricia "Ms. Pat" Williams' stand-up material, the series follows the titular character, who grew up on the streets of Atlanta but now finds herself living in conservative middle America. She spends her days as a reluctant suburban mother alongside her penny-pinching husband and two sets of kids brought up under different circumstances.
Today's renewal should see The Ms. Pat Show return sometime in 2025.
