ABC announced today that The Great Christmas Light Fight has been renewed for a 13th season. The network also set a premiere date of December 5 for the competition series' upcoming 12th season.
On the air since 2013, the holiday-themed show features contestants creating elaborate Christmas light displays that are judged based on their use of lights, Christmas spirit, and overall design. The winner takes home a grand prize of $50,000 and the Light Fight trophy.
