The hit comedy will return in 2025-2026.

CBS announced today that Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage has been picked up for a second season. The news comes midway through the comedy's freshman run, which was topped up to a full season of 22 episodes back in October following a strong start.

The show currently ranks as the network's top comedy, to-date delivering 12.9 million multiplatform viewers.

A spinoff of 'Young Sheldon,' the half-hour series follows young parents Georgie Cooper and Mandy McAllister, who do their best to raise their growing family in Texas while navigating the challenges of adulthood, parenting, and marriage.

Look for Season 2 of Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage this fall as part of the 2025-2026 television season.

It's watchable. But Chuck Lorre sitcoms are a type, and it's becoming predictable and boring.

Started out rough, but IMO so did Young Sheldon and this seems to be getting better. Will Sasso is brilliant in absolutely everything.

That said, that intro is long and causes me physical pain.
