Even though the show was called Young Sheldon, and the 1st couple of seasons the child Sheldon was adorable, as he aged Missy, Memaw, and Georgie stole the show. Especially Georgie. I was glad to see the promos last spring for Georgie and Mandi's 1st Marriage. Sadly I don't like the laugh track or the character of Mandy's brother. Trying to be a substitute for Sheldon and it doesn't work. Hope next season the writers fix these issues. Cute show otherwise.

It’s okay. Could be better, could be a lot worse. Georgie is kind of a Manny Sue, the mom vs daughter bickering is tedious, and the not-Sheldon character of Connor is annoying, uninteresting, and should be eliminated. At least it has the great Will Sasso. Hoping they find their footing and improve.

Just why??? I literally would appreciate an answer. Movie sequels & spinoffs of others spinoffs really? Is this really the quality of thought put into our entertainment

Just because marvel decided to make a universe out of all it's stories, doesn't mean every show needs a spinoff-verse.

For instance, Paramount+ content accounts for 90% of NCIS, FBI, CRIMINAL MINDS spinoffs. That's just ridiculous and lazy.

My reaction is the same as when this show was first announced: not interested. I'm one of the people who watched "Young Sheldon" for Sheldon's backstory.

And I'm excited for this! I just LOVE Georgie and Mandy's Story! (and I love when Georgie wears his Def Leppard shirt! haha)
