Disney+ announced today that The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder has been renewed for a fourth season. The pickup is an early one, coming ahead of Season 3, which we now know will premiere on August 6.
A revival of the 2001 Disney series, the show follows 14-year-old Penny Proud who, along with her family, navigate their lives in the 2020s. Penny's mom Trudy is a career woman, her dad Oscar has wild dreams, and Penny herself faces her own challenges. In the upcoming third season, Penny and her loyal crew will embark on international escapades, wild adventures, and fantastical stops packed with hilarity, heart, and, most of all, discovery.
Look for Season 4 of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder in 2026.

I watched the original Proud Family and enjoyed it. Gave the revival a chance, didn't care for it. They made it much, much sillier than the original. I liked the original's blend of realism WITH the silly. This show just cranks it to 11. Would've rather had more Owl House.
