It's another 2-season pickup for the game show.

It is being reported that Fox has renewed The Floor for Seasons 6 and 7. The news comes two months after the game show crowned its Season 4 champion. It is the third consecutive two-season pickup for the game show, which has continued to be a solid performer for the network.
Hosted by Rob Lowe, the show invites 100 contestants stand on 100 squares on a giant game show floor, where they compete for a huge $250,000 prize. The first challenger, chosen at random, selects one of their neighboring opponents to face off against in a quiz duel in the opponent's category. The winner takes over the loser's square to expand their territory, while the loser leaves the game. The winner then chooses whether to continue on and attempt to secure another square or let The Floor choose a new challenger. The last contestant who gains full control over The Floor takes home the grand prize.

I was surprised to learn that they actually film each season in Ireland since they had a version of the show before we did (the show originated in the Netherlands). The Floor is so expensive to build and maintain that it's cheaper to fly the 100 contestants over to Ireland than it is to build a clone of the Floor in the US. While they pretend the season lasts over the weeks we see it, it's filmed in rapid succession over a single week. The contestants are all in the same hotel and when not filming apparently spend a lot of time partying.
