Really? I just found out 3 of my favorite shows are cancelled. Eureka is such a good show, nothing else on the air is quite like it which is why I enjoyed it. It's not a whiny, boring clone of every reality show and really stood on its own and shined. How will we get by with no more Carter? This is just so totally sad :(

Why do we need a syfy channel anymore? They don't make syfy shows anymore. We are subjected to reality, wrestling and cartoon drivel. I used to like some of the movies on Saturdays, but now they are all pretty lame. I loved Eureka. Inovative and family oriented. The last time I watched syfy was the Eureka Christmas special, that will by my last time unless they give me something worth watching. Sigh!

I AGREE with the MASSES!!! Why GOOD Filler is always replaced with the intellectually unchallenged brain high on crack garbage you folks think we have to SEE!!! We have choices and when you take a fun show off the air like Eureka, for whatever reason, we folk feel compelled to say nasty little things about you to all of our friends who still watch TV!!! Get JJ Abrahm’s back in the game!!! This is a bad call, but aren’t we all used to it, there is a serious lineage of shows that have been cancelled, wish you guys would share the reasoning, might make reality a tad more understandable, EGO’s, Finances, Writing, what’s the buzz???

I am so getting tired of these tv channels getting ride of the better shows just to put on the crappy reality junk. i know there cheaper to make but there JUNK shows and you wounder why your losing tv watchers and they use things liek Netflix or Hulu over turnign on the TV now adays. get with the program and put the TV shows that people want to watch back onthe air and stop worring how much money you can stuff in your pockets.

Hey Sci-Fi, it's me over here, your target audience. Whoever is in charge of programming over there needs to take a look at the programming schedule from ten years ago and get a frakkin clue of what a science fiction channel line-up is supposed to look like. Remember how MTV became a joke when they dumped actually playing music videos for nonstop idiot-fests? That is you now, "SyFy". It was appropriate that you changed the name of your channel since you have betrayed your roots and have made a mockery of your namesake.

It was NOT cancelled. It is coming back for the holidays AND for the final season in summer of 2012. Not sure why they consider that "Cancelled". So yes, it is ending, but NOT YET, and it was NOT cancelled.
