A procedural drama following a Chicago detective who leaves his hometown and moves to Florida.
Jim Longworth is Chicago detective who was falsely accused of sleeping with his captains wife. Because of this, he takes a new job in South Florida with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement - hoping to find a more relaxing lifestyle. He soon discovers that things are more complicated than he thought.

Please bring back this good show. It was appropriate for the time, making love last over distance, commitment, true family life with honest struggles, too many good things about it. Please keep it on the air and let people know where and what time it is on. That has been part of the problem. Trying to find it.

The Glades is one of the best shows on TV. It is Fast paced, intelligent, beautifully photographed, and has humor, original and interesting plots, and an excellent cast. Please do not cancel this show.

I suppose that the real truth about the cancellation will never really be told. Terrible that it is cancelled after the cliffhanger final episode. Good 'Ole ABC network!

Please bring it back my dad and i had so many memories watching this show and i would hate to see it go. Please put into consideration that shows like duck dynasty are dumb and have no meaning. Please bring it back and if you don't than create a sequal to this show pleaseeee...... :(

I love The Glades. It's light, and a great whodunit, yet it also addresses some strong personal stuff like women struggling between love and work, and kids pulled between divorced parents. Please reconsider cancelling this fun and entertaining show. I can't believe what they say are getting better ratings, like Duck Dynasty, which, even if true, does that have to be the only criteria to continue to air a good show?
