A procedural drama following a Chicago detective who leaves his hometown and moves to Florida.
Jim Longworth is Chicago detective who was falsely accused of sleeping with his captains wife. Because of this, he takes a new job in South Florida with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement - hoping to find a more relaxing lifestyle. He soon discovers that things are more complicated than he thought.

I agree with comment about the Kia adds come on, is this not the most blatant disregard for the viewers. I will say this, nothing has made me more sure that I will never buy one I won't even consider a test drive. Now the Charger on the other hand,there's a real car.

I love the show but the lame Kia plugs make me want to change the channel.

If I wanted to see a romance, I would watch a romance story. I can't stand the whiny Callie and constantly frowning charater with Jim following her around like a love sick puppy dog. I want to see the mysteries solved with the main characters. I thought this was a detective show, not a love story.

This season has thus far been very disappointing. Unlike others who seem to enjoy the Callie character, she does not do anything to move the plot of stories along. That said, her reason for going to Atlanta was to pursue her medical degree and now she is going to throw that away? Why doesn't the Jim character move to Atlanta? It makes more sense for him to relocate than for her to return to a job that does not advance her career. Are we living in some wave back machine where women can not pursue their goals but men, who in this case have equal options in both locations, get to dictate the rules of engagement. The series has always worked best when the Jim character had a sense of "free agency" about him. Where he could be seen as being legitimately attracted to other ladies. Bring that Jim back! Build Callie a series of her own, though that sort of series might be better on Lifetime network than on this one.

Love the show, its nonstanderd storyline keeps it appealing. Writers; don't screw it up with "Jim love Callie " senerios. Jim should drop her, keep her around as "friend w/benies ... ya think .

My husband wanted me to see if there was a schedule online for the show. He's nuts for the show and my husband likes the show. I just thinks its ok. I believe Callie should stay on the show she's one of the key characters. I'm not so sure on her marrying yet. As for a whiny voice I'm not hearing it she complains yes but her voice is not literally whiny. Where can I find a tv schedule for the show??
