A drama following a big city woman who ends up practicing medicine in a small Southern town.
Zoe Hart is a promising new doctor from New York who has just graduated at the top of her class with plans to follow in her dad's footsteps as a cardio-thoracic surgeon.
When her dream doesn't turn out as planned, Zoe ends up accepting an offer to work at a small practice in Bluebell, Alabama. However when Zoe arrives there, she finds that the doctor who offered her the job has passed away and left her his half of the medical practice.

I absolutely love the quirkiness of this show each character has a purpose and are all enjoyable to watch. Each characters personality's has a compexity which is interesting to watch what will happen with character development and story lines. This show is great because its not like other CW teen dramas or supernatural teen dramas its in a leed of it's own (CW renew this show to a least diversify your audience) :)

I love this show! I love the southern quirks that it has, which make it relatable for me. the characters are really interesting too. I hope it gets a second season, the ratings say it's likely. If you're not watching I encourage you to :)

I love this show,simply it's fun to watch also the issues the show address are current in our nation,, and it's done in an educational and fun story plot,I lived in a small town for a long time,and this is truly the same as being back there again. keep it up.

This is-by far-one of my favorite shows. I have watched since the beginning, and love the story lines, the characters, and the fact that it is a show my entire family can watch. I hope it gets renewed for a second season.

I love this show!!! I don't get to watch it all the time on mondays but always on the weekends online
