A drama following the crew of a submarine that refuses orders to fire its nuclear missiles.
When the crew of the USS Colorado, a ballistic missile submarine, receive an order to launch a nuclear missile strike on Pakistan through a secondary communications channel, suspicious of its authenticity arise.
When they refuse orders, they are attacked by a fellow US submarine and forced to take refuge at a NATO outpost where they set up their own society as the smallest nuclear state in the world.

Any show like this with real drama or applications,or that reminds us to think about world issues gets cancelled. I hope they have a resolution to film. I agree that the public only likes trash and critically acclaimed, Emmy winning, shows get the axe. I am tired of finding a show I finally like just to be disappointed. Makes you want to stop watching TV.

Enjoy serious poltical intrigues. Some sub errors--like western firearms errors. Some watchers stated they connot tolerate the idea that the U.S. A. would start a war for political reasons. Do we now get another vampire show? Hate whinny romantics.

Its is very sad when Americans watch Here comes Honey boo but do not watch Last Resort. It is not ABC it is ratings. Having said that ABC should realise it has a quality show and move it to a slot where it can be competitive. Sadly reality rules, what will be next Walmart shoppers funny photos like AFV?

They should get together and make a 2 or 3 hour movie to finalize it and give the actors a chance to really show their stuff. I am pretty tired of seeing shows get cancelled that I really like like Terra Nova. This shows me there is a lot of poor planning on the networks part. Personally I would rather not see all the overated sports worship.

I started watching this show from the first episode. Lately it just hasn't been able to hold my interest. I don't care for any of the characters and the scripts seem a bit contrived and so-so. I pulled the plug last week.

It seems I am in the minority. I do like the show and it holds my interest, they could have made it different and maybe more likeable but for whatever reason it holds my interest. If they did this show 20 or even 10 years ago it probably would have been better accepted and deemed more believe able. do hope it stays on for a full season.MKL
