A procedural drama following a man who uses his unique gift to help others recover what they've lost.
Walter is a war veteran who has a reputation as being adept at tracking down insurgents, deserters, and improvised explosive devices. Unfortunately, Walter found one device a little too late, causing him to injured so badly that he lapsed into a coma for two months from the brain damage he incurred.
When Walter woke from his coma, he was honorably discharged and returned home. With his life is now dramatically different than before his accident, he discovers that his brain damage has transformed him from someone skilled at recovering things into something extraordinary: a Finder.

funny how a show that is better than most of NBC's lineup can't survive on Fox. Felt the same about Eureka on SciFi.

I enjoyed The Finder - characters, storyline, heart, relationships...it was just a great show. Fox gave up on it - ratings I guess. But, it was one of the few must see's for me each week - even when I had to go looking for it when they changed the day it was shown. My faint hope is that someone like USA picks it up somehow.

Wonderfully different and interestung show. Too bad Fox didnt give it much of a chance to find its audience.

The Finder was one of my families appointment television shows, meaning we did not miss a show. We loved the shows characters and the creativity of Walter. We are extemely disappointed at the decision the folks a Fox have made. It was truly different style of show that always kept our interest. Bad decision!!!!!!!!!!

The Finder is one of the best shows on tv. I am stunned it was canceled. I am not a bones fan, but I have never missed the finder once I caught it the first time. Please bring this show back!

You guys do see what the problem is right? There are too much people viewing the shows online. So when they look at the TV rating, it's Very low.

I just had to say it again. Seriously. Come on. This is a great show. My son's absolute favorite. We have few shows we are able to enjoy together. Bring this show back for another season.

I usually won't comment on these things but there are over 170 comments here and not one said the finder was a bad show NOT ONE. What does that say? It's a shame none of these comments will be viewed by a fox represenitive that can do a damn about it. I say if we all love this show so much there must be a way to let the right person know. If anyone knows who that is lets get their address and send some real letters to them maybe the real viewers might have a chance. Plus shows use advertising we can always write letters too to the advertisers on the shows asking for their support as well.

Even as I read about The Finder being canceled I still can't believe it. There are very few shows on tv anymore that are wholesome and/or the entire family can enjoy. We found The Finder to be one of them. I loved the bromance between Walter and Leo and we were entertained from beginning to end. A lot of great shows end before they even begin. Sad times.

I agree with all the comments. Finder is finally a show that's different from all the garbage that gets renewed year. Please don't cancel it!!!
