A procedural drama following a man who uses his unique gift to help others recover what they've lost.
Walter is a war veteran who has a reputation as being adept at tracking down insurgents, deserters, and improvised explosive devices. Unfortunately, Walter found one device a little too late, causing him to injured so badly that he lapsed into a coma for two months from the brain damage he incurred.
When Walter woke from his coma, he was honorably discharged and returned home. With his life is now dramatically different than before his accident, he discovers that his brain damage has transformed him from someone skilled at recovering things into something extraordinary: a Finder.

Fox used to be my favorite network but now they are cancelling every show that I enjoy. I think it's time to find a new favorite network. First you cancel Alcatraz and now The Finder. It's one of very few shows that the whole family can watch.

I can't believe it! Every show in which I become interested seems to get cancelled. I love all the characters in The Finder--Michael Clark Duncan being my favorite. He was great in The Green Mile and is great on The Finder.

Fox did it again canceling one of my favorite family show. The finder is the quirkiest fun show that wasn't given a chance to grow ever since it's move to Fridays. Will miss the show and not watch Fox.

I love The Finder. Now there is finally something decent to watch on Friday night. It's just fun to watch and I think the characters are great. Every time something good gets moved to Friday night, it gets cancelled. Enough reality shows, you can actually watch this with your entire family.

I really enjoy the Finder, it's quirky, fun and different, one of the better shows on TV right now. A nice change from all the uncreative law enforcement shows or crappy reality tv that cater to the lowest common denominator. Give it a chance FOX, renew Walter for another season!
