In Motive, the victim and killer are revealed to viewers early in each episode, but the circumstances leading to the crime, including the motive behind it, must be investigated by a team of detectives and a medical examiner.

A great entertaining show for ABC to continue. The cast is first rate, the premise is also first rate. If ABC cancels this well written show they are fools.

I agree Motive is a fascinating tv show, I love the way they show the victim and the killer at the beginning. It's a new twist on crime shows that are old and boring. ABC needs to keep this show on, please renew. To often shows are cancelled without a thought to what the tv audiences want.

Really like the show and its different angle to the typical "Who done it?" formula. I also like the lead actress and the way she starts figuring things out early in the show. On a side note, it's interesting how lead Kristin Lehman looks like medical examiner Lauren Holly when she was on Picket Fences. Many posts complain that the show seems to be all over the place...I think the reason is that when they do the flash backs they don't change the "look" of the scenes to make it obvious to the viewer when they're in the present and when they are in a flash back. For the life of me I can't figure out why they think making it all look the same is not going to be confusing.
