Season 3 debuts tomorrow on the cable network.

Canadian drama Motive is returning for US audiences. USA Network has picked up the series, and will start airing Season 3 episodes tomorrow night. The police procedural aired its first two seasons on ABC but was dropped in 2013 due to low ratings.
Motive is currently airing its fourth and final season in Canada, but now fans of the show in the states have a chance to continue with the series. Its first two seasons have been added to usanetwork.com for those needing to catch up, and while the network hasn't commented on future plans for the show, it appears likely that it will eventually air Season 4 as well.

We really enjoy this show! I am very surprised that Netflix or another provider doesn't try to pick this back up. Another idea would have Angie Flynn playing a spin-off series as an Interpol agent.

Only found this show after I canceled my cable and resorted to free digital TV by using an antenna. Love the fact they use the names of real places in Vancouver and allude to local goings on. Need more shows like this that focus on characters, not action. Do we have to go the PBS route of paying for what we like? If so, would donate to a "Go fund me" campaign to bring it back!

The series has an excellent cast. Storyline is always worth watching. There have been so many good shows on USA, which have been Cancelled: Graceland, Covert Affairs, Satisfaction, and Complications, (those within the last couple of years) somehow the horrible dreadful life, of Chrisley remains. I'm really HOPING MOTIVE WASN'T CANCELLED too.
There are too many game shows, dating shows, and reality shows on television. The idea of television; in my opinion, is to escape into a drama, action, or "a who did it" crime thriller etc. People of today lack imaginations, curiosity like no one wants to figure out the clues anymore. Example; the series, "Stalker" absolutely incredible series, with this series I never knew until the end who the killer was. This is how shows should be. Reason for cancellation? Low ratings. Don't get me started on the Neilson Rating System.

I loved the format of the show. How it showed the killer and victim first. I loved the actors on the show. Please bring it back!!!!

I too have just seen this season's episodes of Motive. It is a well written show and I have grown to like its actors. I sincerely hope it will be continued.

Our family loves Motive. Hoping USA continues it and moves it back to 10 pm. The show writers and actors are great! Thanks for showing season 3 and 4. We are crossing our fingers for season 5!

Please, please, please keep this show! I was disappointed ABC dropped it and was overjoyed to find it on USA.
